Media Solutions' Archival and Records Pricing Program

Media Solutions now has a Discount Program for Archival and Records Professionals! Members can take advantage of additional discounts off our everyday low pricing on nearly all video and audio related products.

Who qualifies?

o Any member of the NAGARA (National Association of Government Archive  and Records Administrators) with a valid email address associated with the government institution, or other proof of archival enrollment.

o Staff members of public or private institutions with a valid email address and billing and/or shipping address associated with that institution which does high-end, volume archiving.

How do I get my discount?


Once you have created an online account, please email archive@media-solutions.us. Once your request has been received, we will process the request, giving the account access to special archival pricing and email you back to let you know your account now has access to the discounted prices. You will be able to order online and take advantage of the discount pricing at that time. You may also call 888-881-8273 to place orders or for large volume archival price quotes.

What if the product I want is not listed online?


Media Solutions sells thousands of audio visual related products. If you don't find what you are looking for on our website, please email archive@media-solutions.us  to obtain the pricing you need. If it's A/V related, we can get it for you.
